Year 4

Miss Stanley (Literacy co-ordinator of the Primary Phase) teaches in Year 4 and has her very own story dragon called Legend!

 

   

Mrs Dovener and Mrs Quinn are support assistants in Year 4. They know the class well because they were with them in Year 3 too!

 

Miss Leary is training to be a teacher and is enjoying working with Year 4 this year.

We have some great topics in Year 4, including Caves, Caverns and Volcanoes and IcePalace. We go to Bolling Hall to learn about local history through ghost stories and we were visited by a Roman Centurion during our Armour and Armouries theme. Year 4 also likes to visit Judy Woods as it is an excellent place to learn about habitats and the history of Wyke.
