Bullying of any kind is unacceptable at our Academy.  If bullying does occur, our learners and young people will be able to tell someone and know that incidents will be dealt with promptly and effectively.  We are a TELLING Academy.  This means that anyone who knows that bullying is happening is expected to let someone know so that the bullying will stop.

To that end and to assist in supporting parents and children; Appleton Academy has set up a dedicated website with advice and to enable reporting, which can be accessed via the following link:

We also have Anti-Bullying Ambassadors in school, who are students who have volunteered and dedicated themselves to ensuring the wellbeing of their peers so that bullying is eradicated through mutual respect and understanding.  The Ambassadors have received special training for the role and are available to discuss concerns with any student.AAABA 1
