Welcome to Parental Involvement at Appleton Academy

Get Involved

We welcome parents into the Academy; you can join in with coffee mornings, parent’s evenings, or fun activities that both you and your child can enjoy such as Wiggle and Jiggle, Story Corner and Crafty Cooks.  Look out for posters, texts and letters.  For Parents and Carers of students in the secondary phase we understand that young adults are keen to develop their independence.  You can still get involved by attending drop in sessions in the community room, giving me a call or sending an email.

I am here to help

If you need help or information with anything at all from childcare to homework get in touch and I will see if I can help or point you in the right direction.  We are always looking for ways to support families and computers will be available shortly in the community room for parents to use.

How to keep in touch

There are a number of ways you can contact me.  Call in at the community room or the main office and ask for Elise Barnes.  Telephone me direct on (01274) 421050.
